1. First, open up a new web tab and enter the address https://www.energyaustralia.com.au/
2. Just scroll down, and you will get the register section as shown below:

4. Or you can simply click on My account at the top right of the page.
   
5. To register your new account, on the right side of Register for my account, enter your Account number.
   
6. If you don’t know your account number, then click on the Where do I find this. It will show you the method to find your account number as shown in the figure.
   
7. Then Enter your post code.
8. Check the box confirming your agreement.
9. Click Register.
10. Now, follow the remaining instructions. You have to fill up the some of the personal details including your email address, creating a new password.
11. Then, your new account will get registered.

After creating an account, you can login to your account. If you have already created your account, then you can directly go to the login page by going to the My account as above. As you are on the login page, there is the login section on the left side as shown in the figure.

2. Enter your correct password.
3. Check the box Remember Me only if you are using the personal computer.
4. Click the Sign in.
5. Now, your account will get sign-in.

If you have lost your password, then simply click on the Forgotten Password in the login section. Then, a password reset page will open.

Now, enter your email address which is registered in your account. After entering your email address, Click Send. Now, you will receive a password reset link to your email address. Visit your email address and click on the link. Follow the instruction carefully to reset your password. You will have to enter your new password. Keep your password you can remember. After completing the reset process, go back to the login page and log in with your new password. Your account should get logged in now.
