- Click on the username with blue font. This is on the bottom side just below the sign in.

- Click on the password with blue font just below the sign in at the login page. You can refer to the above figure.

- Click Continue to proceed next.
- You have to enter your correct email address. The one registered in Rogers account.
- After that, you will be sent a reset link in your email account.
- Check the email account and click the reset link.
